Sami's Siberian Heritage:

Our beloved Sami is a Seal Lynx Colorpoint Siberian Cat and takes after his mother in color and has his father's husky build.

The Siberian Cat is the natural breed of Siberia and the national cat of Russia. Elizabeth Terrell, who is the founder of Starpoint cattery, imported the first three Siberian kittens from Russia to the United States in June of 1990 and began breeding the Siberian cats in the United States.

Sami's mother, Varinas Antonia Alexandrovna is from the original Starpoint lineage of Siberian cats. Sami and his parents are all registered with TICA (The International Cat Association).
